What We Do:
ShareVermont markets, sells, and distributes Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Farm Shares from Vermont farms to West Hartford, CT. We believe that supporting Vermont's farming community is good for your family, good for the environment, as well as good business.
ShareVermont offers organic Vermont CSA Farm Shares delivered weekly. CSA is a partnership between consumers and farmers. Consumers purchase shares before the growing season, and farmers provide produce throughout that season, delivered weekly by ShareVermont. Farm Shares are an easy, affordable way to purchase fresh organic produce. They provide you with a reliable source of wholesome vegetables all summer and into the fall. They allow you to plan ahead, cut down on shopping time, and cook nutritious, Vermont-fresh meals for your family.
We partner with farms that produce only the highest quality organic Vermont produce. Our partner farms have great respect and responsibility for their land and produce, and it shows in the Farm Shares we provide. Each Farm Share you receive contains clean, fresh produce delivered directly from the farm to your family. Your purchase helps to nourish people, farms, and our regional ecology.
By purchasing a Farm Share, you provide farms with early-season income, allowing them to produce and sell more food, keeping the farms viable.
